Dial Tone
Dial Tone centers around a video call between friends, set in a retro-futuristic society where the very technology meant to make life convenient actually makes it much more convoluted.
Dial Tone is a short film developed by Dena Springer and YiTing Nan during their internship at Hobbes, under the guidance of Eddy Nieto and Dan Stack. Together, they established the film’s art direciton, storyboards, and visual style.
